At Navkar Fashion, we specialize in custom-made apparel and are committed to providing you with a perfect fit. While we do not offer returns or refunds due to the custom nature of our products, we provide a comprehensive repair service to address any fitting issues.

1. Eligibility for Repair

To be eligible for a repair, you must initiate a request within 7 days from the date your order was delivered. The product must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

2. How to Initiate a Repair

To request a repair, please contact our customer support team within the 7-day window through one of the following methods:

3. Types of Repairs Offered

We offer specific types of repairs for different product categories:

Loose Fitting Alterations: This service is available for the following products to correct a loose fit:

  • Suit

  • Sherwani

  • Jodhpuri

  • Navabi

  • Indo-western

Fitting Alterations: This service is available for the following products to adjust the fitting:

  • Koti Kurta Pajamas

  • Kurta Pajamas

Please note that repairs are limited to fitting and loosening adjustments. We do not offer changes to the fundamental design, fabric, or color of the product.

4. Shipping for Repairs

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to our store. We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired item back to you. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item reaches us safely.
